Keep content lawful and safe

  • Do not use Memberberry for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative content.
  • Adult sexual content and child sexual abuse material are prohibited.
  • Respect privacy, intellectual property, and consent.

A1. Prohibited content
  • Adult sexual content, pornography, sexual services, or sexually exploitative content.
  • Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or content facilitating child exploitation.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or threats to distribute intimate material.
  • Hate, harassment, credible threats, stalking, or incitement of violence.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, or deceptive schemes.
  • Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
A2. Prohibited conduct
  • Use the Service to violate law or another person's rights.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or evade consent and suppression controls.
  • Collect, publish, or sell Personal Data without lawful authority.
  • Use Memberberry to facilitate discrimination, exploitation, or abuse.
A3. Technical misuse
  • Probe, scan, test, or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls without written permission.
  • Disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or another user's access.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or content designed to compromise systems.
  • Reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits.
  • Use automated access outside documented interfaces and reasonable limits.
A4. Enforcement

Appberry may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action based on severity and risk.

  • Remove or disable content.
  • Limit access to features.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Report to authorities where lawful and appropriate.
A5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to abuse@appberry.dev and security incidents to security@appberry.dev. Include relevant account context, dates, screenshots, and logs where safe.
