Can I try Memberberry without a credit card?
Yes. Every new organization starts with the same 60-day trial experience and no credit card is required. A paid plan is selected only when you upgrade.
What happens when the trial ends?
The organization is suspended. Authorized administrators can still sign in for 30 days to export content or upgrade and renew. After that suspension period, the account and its content are permanently deleted, subject to records we must retain by law.
What counts toward a plan limit?
The allowance combines People and Organization records. Memberships remain relationships and are not modeled as a type of Person.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Every public plan is available monthly or annually in USD. Annual billing includes the discount shown on the pricing page.
Does every organization share the same login?
No. Each organization-person access relationship has its own credentials and permissions, which keeps organization access deliberately separated.
Can we export our information?
Authorized administrators can prepare controlled exports. Export access remains available during the 30-day suspension period after a trial ends.
